Employee: 4-H Common Measures

The National 4-H Common Measures instruments are designed to assess the impacts of 4-H programs in science, healthy living, citizenship, college/career readiness, and universal positive youth development. For more information, please visit National 4-H Common Measures.

In addition to the evaluation instruments available below, tools have been created for 4-H Issue Team and Statewide Program Evaluations. All staff delivering these programs should plan to facilitate the supporting survey.

Common Measures 2.0

Data will be collected from these surveys until October 1st.

Please review the Collection Guidelines before administering the survey. Youth can complete any of these surveys online through the use of a custom survey link, or the survey can be printed and completed on paper.

Resources needed to conduct evaluations can be found below. there you will find collection guidelines, a program cover sheet, information letter (we still have a waiver of consent meaning no signature is required, the letter provides information and details regarding the study), and the various evaluation instruments.
